Jon Kabat-Zinn has offered a path that points the way. Our first adventure in embodying resilience centers on developing his 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness – qualities that, when cultivated, can lessen stress and bring more ease in our lives. Who doesn't need that?





A core foundation of the evidence-based MBSR program is embodiment of these 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness. I’m sharing my own life experiences through the lens of this great teaching as an example of how to apply the attitudes in every day life. If you’d like to read these stories and gain practical tools, I'm offering a FREE series of daily doses of this wisdom.



Each day will focus on one of the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness. I’m going to email you stories demonstrating each quality in real life, and short practices to develop each “attitude” for yourself.
