The walk from Logroño to Burgos moves through the famous vineyards of Rioja, ancient villages, expansive plains, and historic cathedrals that have drawn pilgrims for a thousand years. On these long, open stretches walkers consistently report the same thing: time begins to feel different. Presence stops being an effort and becomes the natural state.
You may already have a foundation in mindfulness — a practice underway, tools you've started to rely on — and a readiness to go deeper. The Timeless Trek offers eight days of walking the Camino Francés through Rioja and into historic Castile and León, deepening your practice in real conditions. Awareness sharpens, the tools become second nature, and you learn how presence holds up across distance and the meditative landscape of the open plain.
It is a structured, expert-led experience designed to change your relationship with stress — while El Camino offers what it has been giving to pilgrims for a thousand years.

A DAY ON THE TIMELESS TREKMorning begins with movement and a grounding meditation as the route opens ahead. This section of the Camino offers a particular gift to the practice — long, open stretches through vineyards which settle into a rhythm of their own. The walking itself becomes the practice: a daily opportunity to deepen awareness of the body, to watch the mind across extended periods, and to experience presence as something sustained.
Evenings are shared — a meal together, a group reflection circle built around the day's MBSR theme, time for the day to settle. Then space: for journaling, for wandering, for the particular quiet that only comes after you've been moving through something all day.
