Manage your stress more skillfully with free evidence-based mindfulness practices.

Each Friday at 12 noon ET, beginning on April 25th, Robin will be leading live 30 minute mindfulness sessions with practices from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.

You have the option to join us live and practice in community or to receive the recorded replay to practice on your own.
