FREE Stressbuster Series

Take a pause and join me this Spring for the Stress Buster Series — a free weekly gathering to gain skill in facing the challenges of life with ease and grace.

Let’s take these Fridays to pause, center, and come back to our kindest selves.
 

On Fridays at 12 noon ET, Robin will be leading live 30-minute mindfulness sessions with practices from the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.

Each Stress Buster session will offer simple tools to help ease stress and bring more calm into your day.

You have the option to attend live in community or to receive the recorded replay to practice on your own.
