Introduction to MBSR (free)

Gain tools to better cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life while learning about this popular evidence-based stress reduction program. Mindfulness meditation can cultivate states of relaxation, improve physical symptoms of pain and chronic illness, and enhance our physical health and wellbeing.

Take the stress out of self-care.

This course offers with everything you need to plug-and-play a self-care routine. 

Let go of chronic stress and its impact on your body, mind, and emotions. Strengthen your relaxation response to future stressors. Sleep more deeply and recharge quickly with short practices. Release pain by returning to your body's natural alignment after a day of sitting.

Releasing Exhaustion

Exhaustion is a fact of life for many these days. Sandwiched between the demands of work, family and other obligations, little time is left for self-sustaining rest. The body can become frozen in the “ON” mode.

Put aside your to-do list, along with the burdens you carry, for two hours and recharge yourself with an experience of deep peace. By rebooting your nervous system this way, you’ll return to daily life rejuvenated, grounded and with more resilience and kindness.
