1.1. We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide via the Site (“Personal Information”). The Personal Information collected on this Site may include some or all of the following: name and job title, contact information such as street address, phone number, email address, and any other information you may voluntarily provide. You have the choice whether or not to disclose Personal Information.

1.2. In addition to Personal Information, our web servers automatically identify Site users’ computers by their IP addresses. We may use these IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

1.3. Further, Our Site may use tracking technologies such as “cookies” to provide users with tailored information upon each return visit. Cookies are a common part of many websites that allow small text files to be sent by a website, accepted by your web browser, and then placed on your hard drive as recognition token. Every time you visit the Site, cookies may record basic technical information, such as your domain name, the address of the last URL visited prior to the Site, your browser, and your operating system. You do not need to enable cookies to visit Our Site; however, some parts of the Site will be impossible to use if cookies are disabled. Cookies do not contain any Personal Information.

When you submit content (such as a post or comment or public chat) to the Site, any visitors to and users of our Site will be able to see that content, the username associated with the content, and the date and time you originally submitted the content. Although some parts of the Site may be private or quarantined, they may become public (e.g., at the moderator’s option in the case of private communities) and you should take that into consideration before posting to the Site.

3.7. When you send private messages or private chats, the recipients of those messages will be able to see the content of your message, your username, and the date and time the message was sent. Keep in mind that additional users may be invited to join a private chat after you send a message.
